Course Overview:
This course contains the following components to make sure the system administrator can manage and administer ‘users & content’ on the SAP BusinessObjects platform in an effective way. This course doesn’t contain the management from the SAP BusinessObjects Server, what will be discussed in the SAP BusinessObjects ‘ administrating servers’ course.
Course Topics:
- Understand the SAP BusinessObjects interface and architecture - Making a contentplan - Assign applicationrights - Manufacture and secure folders, users and groups - Publishing and configuring content - Planning of reporting and objects
Course Prerequisites:
- NT enterprise security concepts (global en local groups, folderstructure) - Reporting design concepts
Course Audience:
This course is intended for system administrators, who have not been in contact with BusinessObjects before and who are responsable for the maintenance of the BusinessObjects users, groups en rights within the organisation.
